Luis Fernando Salinas De los Ríos (Tarija, May 18, 1960) is a former Bolivian soccer player, who was serving as a striker. Salinas debuted in the Bolivian Professional Football League in 1980. His 201 goals make him the third scorer in the history of the Bolivian Professional Football League. He is also the top scorer in the history of Bolivar. National selection In 1983 he was included in the list for the Copa América. He debuted in the competition on August 14, at the Hernando Siles Stadium against Colombia. Palmarès Club National competitions Bolivian Championship: 7 Bolívar: 1982, 1983, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1991, 1992 Individual Goalscorer of the Bolivian Professional Football League.
