*Rare Model* Laurent Fournier #12 France National Team Match Worn Shirt during 1983. This shirt was used by France youth National team (Juniors) Season during 1983. Rare Model for France Maillot collectors.

Provenance: Former Argentine France League 1983-84 player.

Laurent Fournier , born on September 14, 1964, in Lyon , is a converted French international footballer coach . He is currently stationed at AS Poissy. He started in the first division on November 8, 1980, only 16 years old, 1 month and 26 days old. After eight seasons spent in the capital of Gaul, then two years with the great rival Stéphane, he joined in 1990 the Marseille Olympique , which then had one of the best European teams. He became champion of France and disputed the final of the European Cup of Champions clubs in Bari against the Red Star of Belgrade . After this unique season in the Marseille jersey, he joined Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) , a team of which he would be one of the emblematic players. Tireless defensive midfielder, he participated in the title of champion of 1994 , in the first great European epics, and back from a season at Bordeaux won the Cup Cup in 1996 . His passage in the capital remains marked by an administrative error which almost eliminated PSG from the Champions League in the preliminary round. In 1997, Laurent Fournier had indeed played the first leg against FC Steaua Bucharest , while he was suspended; the score - already unfavorable to PSG - of 3-2 was therefore reduced, in sanction, to 3-0. On return, theAugust 27, 1997, PSG therefore had to win with 4-0 to qualify. Laurent Fournier recalls the challenge in these terms: “At the time, I took a lot of boxes. I did not count them. I totally forgot that after being excluded in the Super Cup against Juventus in January I was warned in the Cup Cup final in May against Barcelona, and that I could not play against Steaua. I didn't think of myself as guilty, but like the rest of the team, I took a huge blow on the head. But the group immediately re-mobilized. This is exactly what was needed. " Led by Captain Raí , PSG held the score 4-0 after half an hour, and ended up winning 5-0 1 . With PSG, he has won everything: league , Champions Trophy , France Cup , League Cup , European Cup . He left the club in 1998 with a last double French Cup - League Cup , won at the Stade de France.
