Victor Milcíades Morel Bavera ( New Australia , Colonel Oviedo , September 9 , 1953 ) is a former Paraguayan footballer from the 1970s and 1980s. Career Known by the nickname of the Tiger , he was a tall center forward (1.83 meters), a great header. In fact, he scored more goals with his head than with his feet. His first major success came in 1976, when he was proclaimed a Paraguayan champion with Club Libertad . In April 1980 he was signed by RCD Espanyol , but he stayed only two seasons in the club, with 34 league games played and four goals scored. However, in his first season (in which he only played the final five games) he was the scorer of a decisive goal that he avoided that the club lowered to Second Division. In 1981 he returned to Paraguay where he defended the jersey of clubs like Sportivo Luqueño , Club Cerro Porteño , Guaraní Club , Club Libertad . With his last club, Club Cerro Corá de Campo Grande , he was proclaimed champion of Ascent in 1990. With Cerro he was the highest scorer of Paraguayan football in 1984 with 12 goals. He played 22 matches with the national team of Paraguay between 1977 and 1983. In 1979 proclaimed champion of the Copa América.
