Atilio Raúl Herrera ( Buenos Aires , Argentina , January 21 , 1951 ) and is a former Argentine soccer player . He played as a defense and played in various clubs in Argentina and Chile.His beginnings were in the lower divisions of Boca Juniors , but he debuted in professionalism at River Plate , he also played at Estudiantes de Buenos Aires and at Huracán. In 1976 he emigrated to Chile where he became well known for his time at Colo-Colo , with which he was Chilean soccer champion in 1979 . In that year where Colo Colo won the Chilean championship, Herrera shared the roster with players such as Carlos Caszely , Severino Vasconcelos , Leonardo Veliz and Oscar Wirth among others. On September 8, 1981, he received the decree of nationalization as a Chilean citizen.
