Luis Alberto Reyna (Huánuco , Perú , May 16 , 1959) is a former Peruvian soccer player . It evolved in the position of midfield player ; Furthermore, he is remembered for the special mark he made on Diego Maradona. He debuts in Sporting Cristal in 1978 club he was champion in 1979 , 1980 and 1983 and remained at the club until 1984 . The following year he signed for Universitario de Deportes and remained until 1989 where he retired, achieving champion with Universitario on two occasions in 1985 and 1987. It was international with the Peruvian national team 39 times and participated in the World Spain 1982 , and also participated in the Playoffs Mexico 1986 , where his party best remembered was the 23 of June of 1985 in Lima against Argentina of Diego Maradona , where he managed to disappear him of the match, which would finally end 1-0 winning Peru.He also participated in two editions of the Copa América , 1983 and 1987 , as well as in the 1990 Italy Qualifiers .
