From Cairns Airport (CNS)

Cairns Airport has two terminals — domestic (Terminal 2) and international (Terminal 1) — and Wikipedia places it 7 km north of the city centre. Accor describes the hotel as about ten minutes away. Your choices on landing:

Route 100 bus (announced) — a 50-cent airport bus to the city — every 30 minutes, 4 am to 10:30 pm, stopping at Cairns City bus station and the Lagoon on Lake Street — was announced in July 2026 to start at the end of the year. Arriving before check-in

Check-in is from 2:00 pm (Accor). On an early flight, ask the hotel whether it can hold your bags — its pages do not say — then have breakfast at Merchant Cafe, which serves until noon, and walk the Esplanade. If you need the room early, put it in your request; the desk can ask, though the hotel decides on the day.
