How this site earns its money
One source of income, described in one sentence: when a room request sent through this site becomes a confirmed stay, the hotel or the booking partner that completes the reservation pays us a commission.
The chain, step by step
- You send a room request from any page — dates, guests, the room you want.
- Our booking desk checks availability and the current rate with the hotel's reservations team or with a booking partner.
- We email you what is available, at what rate and under what conditions.
- If you accept, the reservation is made with the hotel or through the partner, and you pay them, not us.
- Once the stay is confirmed, the hotel or the partner pays us a commission. If you do not book, nobody pays anything.
What it does not cost you
Asking is free. We never take card details on this site, and the commission is paid from the hotel's or partner's side — it is not added as a fee on top of the rate we pass on. If we ever offer a rate with conditions attached (a non-refundable deposit, a minimum stay), the email says so before you decide.
What it does not buy
The hotel does not write, review or approve these pages, and nobody pays to change what they say. Our verdict lists the weaknesses we found — older rooms, the casino at the centre of the building, parking fees — because a guest who books the wrong room is a guest who complains, and that is bad for a booking desk.
No gambling money
This site has no affiliate links to gambling services of any kind and takes no payment related to the casino floor. The casino appears here because it is part of the building you would be sleeping in, not as something to sell.
Who runs it
An independent publisher. The domain futbolasta.com has been held through Namecheap, Inc. since 30 December 2023, and the site is hosted on a DigitalOcean server in Sydney. The details, and how to reach us, are on about and contact.
If this site ever runs paid advertising for itself — for example search ads that lead to these pages — that is our own spending to find readers, not money from the hotel.
