Terms of use
The short version: this is an independent guide; a room request is a question, not a booking; the hotel or the booking partner is the one you contract with.
1. Who we are
futbolasta.com is an independent publication about The Reef Hotel Casino, Cairns. It is not the hotel's website and is not operated by the hotel, its owners or Accor.
2. Information on this site
We research every page from published sources and date our checks, but hotels change hours, venues, rooms and policies without telling us. Information here is general and may be out of date. Before you rely on a detail that matters — a time, a fee, an accessibility feature — confirm it with the hotel or ask our desk to.
3. Room requests
Sending the form asks our desk to check availability and a rate. It does not create a booking or any obligation for you or for us. If you accept what we send, your contract for the stay is with the hotel or with the booking partner that makes the reservation, on their terms, including cancellation rules. We are not a party to that contract.
4. Our commission
We may receive a commission from the hotel or booking partner when a request becomes a confirmed stay. See how this site earns.
5. Age and gambling
Casino entry in Queensland is 18+. Nothing on this site is an offer or invitation to gamble.
6. Links to other sites
We link to the hotel, transport operators, councils, regulators, Google Maps and reference sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Intellectual property
The text and illustrations on this site belong to its publisher unless stated otherwise. Short quotations with a link back are welcome; copying whole pages is not. Hotel and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
