What the hotel describes
The hotel calls the Superior a cosy, comfortable standard room with views over the city. The detail that sets it apart from a plain city room is the bathroom: a single spa bath sits behind plantation shutters, which can be opened to the room or closed for privacy. Like every room in the building, it has its own garden balcony.
The Twin version swaps the king bed for two king singles. That makes it the easy pick for two friends or colleagues sharing, and for a parent with one older child who wants their own bed.
Who it suits
Travellers who will spend daylight on a boat or a rainforest road and want a comfortable room to come back to. The floor area is the same as the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe rooms; what you give up is the outlook and the separate shower.
What is not published
Floor levels, whether the balcony faces a street or an inner court, and the in-room extras. The hotel names a Nespresso machine, robes and a USB charger only for the Premium Deluxe category, so do not assume them here. If your trip notes say what matters — a quieter side, a higher floor — the desk will pass that on as a request, not a guarantee.
Superior or Deluxe?
Choose the Deluxe if you want a lounge corner and desk by the balcony, and a bathroom where the shower and toilet are separate from the spa. Choose the Superior if the room is mainly for sleeping and you would rather keep the difference for a dinner at Tamarind.
